Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel is on the northern tip of the island of Zanzibar. Its thatched, whitewashed cottages are in tropical gardens leading down to a pristine sandy beach, protected by a wide coral reef which affords fantastic diving and snorkelling. The waters are home to many sea turtles, dolphins and other marine life and there is an onsite PADI dive school. Many other watersports are available locally and the hotel is renowned for its fine cuisine.
