The Spier Hotel wass built in 2000 with traditional Cape-style white and pastel-toned architecture, with guestrooms clustered around private courtyards and individual pools. Spier uses locally-sourced environmentally-friendly products where possible, and features a wine-tasting centre, extensive grounds, a spa centre and has a kids’ club house and activity programme.
