Day 1

Arrive into Cape Town from your international flight with Virgin Atlantic, transfer for your first night at the Protea Hotel President or similar

Day 2

After breakfast spend the day exploring the beauty of South Africa and visit the areas of Paarl and Stellenbosch to stop off at two well known wine estates. There is also a chance to visit the Huguenot Memorial and Afrikaans Language Monument. Travel back to Protea Hotel President for overnight. or similar

Day 3

After breakfast depart for a full day tour of Cape Point where you will visit Hout Bay and then travel to see the Nature Reserve at Cape Point. Afterwards go to Boulders Beach to see picturesque views and the lovable penguins. Travel back through to the naval village of Simon’s Town before an overnight stay at Protea Hotel President or similar

Day 4

Early morning breakfast before travelling therough the town of Montagu and onto the village of Barrydale well known for the surronding mountains and the stunning grounds. After a short stop travel onto Oudtshoorn for a fascinating tour of the Ostrich farm and overnight in the Oudtshoorn Inn or similar

Day 5

After breakfast go underground for an advernture to see the icy formations of the Cango Caves one of the spectacular natures of the world. Travel via George onto the heart of the famous Garden Route, Knysna. Spend the rest of the day in the town’s many art galleries, craft shops and coffee bars. Dinner and Overnight Knysna Hollow Hotel or similar

Day 6

After breakfast cruise on the vast Knysna Lagoon and then visit the Featherbed Nature Reserve. Take a look at forest, marshes and pristine beaches surronding the area as well as the Sandstone Heads which guards the entrance to the Knysna Lagoon. After lunch spend teh rest of the day at leisure to enjoy this beautiful town. Overnight Knysna Hollow Hotel or similar

Day 7

After breakfast drive through the glorious indigenous Tsitsikamma Forestand arrive into Port Elizabeth mid afternoon. Transfer to Protea Hotel Marine (or similar) for Overnight.

Day 8

After breakfast transfer to the Eastern Cape for a 3 night safari at Amakhala Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon gamedrive to explore the reserve. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 9

Early morning start to see the abundance of animals which the reserve has to offer back to the lodge for lunch before your afternoon gamedrive to see more of the fascinating creatures which are on offer in the Eastern Cape. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 10

The last full day takes you into the reserve just after breakfast and again in the afternoon just after lunch. Spend the day taking in the gorgeous scenery which the 7000 hectre Game Reserve has. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 11

Your last morning gives you one last gamedrive before your transfer to Port Elizabeth and flight back an international flight home via Johannesburg.
