This 5 night tour combines a night in Pretoria at the 5* Illyria House, two nights aboard the Blue Train and two nights at the Fairmont Zimbali Lodge.

Day 1
Fly overnight to Johannesburg. Met on arrival and transfer to the City of Pretoria. Check into the 5* Illyria House for one night on a B&B basis. Remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 2
After breakfast you will be met and taken on a tour of this city known for its streets lined with Jacaranda trees. The tour includes includes Voortekker Monument, City Hall, State Theatre & Opera House. After a lunch break, continue to the train station in time for snacks and drinks before a mid afternoon departure on the Blue Train. Sit back and enjoy the ever-changing vistas. Dinner and drinks are included before returning to your suite to fall asleep to the gentle rhythms of the moving train.
Day 3
Awake to a full breakfast before arriving into Durban station. After disembarking you will be transferred to the Zimbali lodge for the next two nights stay on a B&B basis (We include a voucher to the value of R510 per person to use at the Restaurants).
Day 4
After a leisurely breakfast the golfers will enjoy a second round of golf (with pre-arranged tee off times). Alternatively if you are a non golfer why not use your R700 voucher towards some of the wonderful spa treatments on offer at the Camelot Spa.
Day 5
Leisurely morning soaking up the African sunshine before your early afternoon transfer to the station or your return trip north. Dinner and overnight in your suite (includes all local drinks and a surprise gift)
Day 6
After enjoying your breakfast on board and arrivin into Pretoria. You will have time to do some last minute shopping for those ‘must have’ presents in downtown Pretoria. Continue on to the Elephant Sanctuary at Hartbeespoort Dam for an included 3-course lunch before your afternoon activity. Enjoy interacting with these magnificent creatures with a walk ‘trunk in hand’ with endless photographic opportunities. From there you drive to the airport for your overnight flight back home(or why not extend your stay with a few days on Safari in the world famous Kruger National Park).
