Day 1

09.00 am pick up from hotel and transfer to Selenkay Conservancy (3 hour drive) to arrive for lunch. Following afternoon tea, take an escorted walk with Maasai warriors to their village to get an insight into their fascinating culture and way of life. Return to camp for a shower and dinner.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park for a morning game drive within the Park, followed by a picnic lunch. Return to Porini Camp for dinner, after which there will be a night game drive using a spotlight to seek out some of the nocturnal animals such as aardvarks, serval cats, bat-eared foxes among others. Overnight Amboseli Porini Camp

Day 3

Early breakfast before departing from Porini Camp for a drive through Amboseli Park to the airstrip and a flight to Wilson, to catch an onward flight to Nanyuki, arriving at 12.40. Transfer to Porini Rhino Camp in the foothills of Mount Kenya in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Take lunch and tea in the camp then search for rhino with your guide in the camp’s 4WD safari vehicle. Dinner at the camp and an overnight stop.

Day 4

Spend the whole day in Ol Pejeta taking game drives and guided walks. Overnight at Porini Rhino Camp.

Day 5

Leave the camp and fly to Mara, arriving by 11.00, to transfer to Porini Lion Camp. After lunch and tea at the camp join the game drive or guided walk before enjoying a sundowner drink and night game drive. Dinner and overnight stop at Porini Lion Camp

Day 6

Morning and afternoon game drives in the Olare Orok Conservancy. Overnight Porini Lion Camp

Day 7

Early morning game drive in the conservancy, breakfast and then transfer mid-morning to the airstrip and flight back to Nairobi, arriving Wilson at approximately 12.15. Met on arrival & transfer to Nairobi hotel

Day 8

Transfer to Nairobi Airport for your flight back to Ireland
