Day 1
Arrive at Victoria Falls Airport and meet your representative to take you on your transfer by road to Chobe Game Lodge. Stay for two nights at Chobe Lodge, which is the only permanent lodge in the Chobe National Park.
Day 2
Spend the day in Chobe National Park, which contains Botswana’s most diverse range of wildlife. The camp overlooks the Chobe River, which itself attracts many animals, and as well as viewing wildlife from the camp you will head out on 4WD vehicle game drives. There is also game viewing by motorboat as well as guided game walks between April and October.
Day 3
Time to enjoy breakfast and a morning game-watching activity before leaving Chobe Game Lodge and taking a charter flight to Camp Okavango in the Moremi area of the Okavango Delta. Stay at the camp for two nights, which offers wildlife viewing opportunities all year round.
Day 4
Enjoy a full day in the Okavango Delta, with many activities to choose from. Options inlcude traditional mokoro dug-out canoe trips, fishing, motorboat tours and nature walks with expert local guides.
Day 5
Join an activity and enjoy brunch at Camp Okavango and then catch a charter flight from the camp’s private airstrip to Maun. Meet your representative and head onwards by road to Leroo La Tau for a two-night stay.
Day 6
Leroo La Tau is built on a cliffside above the Boteti River on the borders of Botswana’s Makgadikgadi National Park. The lodge’s location gives a spectacular vantage point for viewing wildlife. In the dry season the area is home to vast herds of zebra and wildebeest as they make the annual migration to Makgadikgadi searching for new grazing lands. The migration is accompanied by many predators. Wildlife sightings include leopard, hyena, jackal, impala, porcupine, caracla, Chobe bushbuck, kudu, genets and white rhino among many others. You can also view crocodile and hippo who live in and around the local stretch of the Boteti River.
Day 7
Set off on an early morning before brunch at the lodge. Transfer back to Maun Airport for your onward schedule.
